RACIAL DISCRIMINATION!!!
During the flight, flight attendants discriminated against Chinese passengers when they provided the service and said lots of explanations. I submitted a complaint form in Rome airport, but still didn''t receive any reply till today. Attachment is the whole incident in Chinese. I strongly insisted a reply from Alitalia.
